Representatives of CWA and Envoy negotiated a six-and-a-half-year agreement that increases wages, sets work rules, improves benefits and increases job security for nearly 5,000 passenger workers in about 100 cities in the United States. The Agreement also contains a ratification and retention bonus based on each officer`s years of service, in recognition of time spent in negotiations and in order to promote conservation.
