So far, India has concluded similar bilateral agreements with Argentina, the Bahamas, Bahrain, Belize, Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Gibraltar, Guernsey, isle of Man, Jersey, Liberia, Macau, Monaco, San Marino and Liechtenstein last October. A TIEA is an agreement for the exchange of information between two countries on bank, financial and ownership shares for tax purposes. The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on Tuesday communicated the agreement between the Government of India and the Government of Brunei Darussalam on the exchange of information and assistance in the collection of taxes. From time to time, ISRO scientists visit Brunei to follow the path of satellites launched by ISRO. Over the years, more than 20 launches have been successfully tracked and data has been monitored from the TTC station. Since then, the MoU was extended by 5 years in July 2018.
